Make an email schedule! Make a schedule to send emails to your network. You first email should announce participation, another should ask for donations, and the final should be a last chance email.
Keep asking! Don’t be shy about reminding people! People are busy and can easily forget, all it takes is a simple reminder.
Push through social media! Social media is the easiest way to reach your network, share through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and any other social media platforms you might use.
Be creative! Host fundraisers, give out brochures, add the link to your email signature. Remember why you’re doing this! You are doing this for the children and families of the Ronald McDonald House. The money that you raise will support the mission of the House, and will go directly to these families. Don’t lose sight of this during the fundraising process!
