How do I request a room?

Referrals (request for temporary lodging) are submitted by social workers or case workers at the Baltimore hospital where your child will be receiving treatment.

Families will be notified 72 hours prior to the requested check-in date (or 1 week prior for families traveling from Hawaii or Alaska and one month in advance for those traveling from outside the United States) regarding availability. Please be aware that we often have a long waiting list. Your social worker or case worker should be able to help you locate temporary housing alternatives.

Families may request to check-in the day prior to the child’s first appointment, and check-out the day after their last appointment.
